First Presbyterian Church of Boonton
Rooted in Christ, Living Boldly, Serving with Compassion
Services every Sunday at 10:00 a.m., in person and online
WELCOME TO OUR CHURCH
At the First Presbyterian Church of Boonton, we are a mission and music church. We live out Christ’s call to serve “the least of these” (Matthew 25:40). As a Matthew 25 congregation, we are committed to building congregational vitality, dismantling structural racism, and eradicating systemic poverty, both within our community and beyond.
Guided by compassion and faith, we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus through acts of love, justice, and service. Together, we strive to make God’s kingdom visible here on earth with one act of kindness, one shared meal, and one life touched at a time, with beautiful music as an added gift.

Lenten Updates
A Season of Reflection, Prayer, and Renewal
Lent is a sacred 40-day journey that invites us to slow down, turn our hearts toward God, and prepare for the hope of Easter. Whether you have observed Lent for years or are exploring it for the first time, you are welcome here.
This season, we invite you to fully engage through prayer, worship, study, and community.
Please download our Lenten Devotional designed to guide you through daily reflection, scripture, and prayer. Read it each day and let it anchor your days in hope and intention.
Lent is not meant to be walked alone. Throughout the season, we will gather for special prayer experiences and Bible study opportunities designed to deepen our faith and strengthen our community. These gatherings offer space to reflect, ask questions, and grow together. Each Wednesday at 2:30 pm, we will meet for a 30-minute prayer service in the sanctuary.
Please mark your calendars for our annual Palm Sunday breakfast, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil services, and Easter Sunday.
